Training: How to Implement CRM and ERP Systems in Business
On 26 September 2025, Tinatin Samsonia, Head of the Economic Department of BNU, participated in a training titled “How to Implement CRM and ERP Systems in Business.”

Training: Human Resource Management
From 23 to 25 September 2025, Nino Darchiashvili, a specialist in the Human Resource Management Department of the Makhinjauri Maritime School, participated in a training on human resource management.
The training covered the specifics of team building, fundamentals of labor law, the process of employee selection and recruitment, models for onboarding and adapting new employees, as well as modern methods for motivating staff and evaluating performance.

2025 წლის 12 სექტემბერს, მახინჯაურის საზღვაო სკოლის წარმომადგენლებმა მონაწილეობა მიიღეს ეროვნული გვარდიის მე-10 ტერიტორიული ბრიგადის ბაზაზე გამართულ საინფორმაციო შეხვედრაში.
შეხვედრის მიზანი იყო სამხედრო მოსამსახურეებისა და მათი ოჯახის წევრებისთვის რეგიონში მოქმედი პროფესიული საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებებისა და პროგრამების გაცნობა, რაც პროფესიული განათლების პოპულარიზაციასა და დასაქმების ხელშეწყობას ემსახურება.
