From 27 to 31 October 2025, the Makhinjauri Maritime School held an educational week dedicated to the International Black Sea Protection Day, organized jointly by the Departments of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, as well as the Departments of Social Sciences, Georgian Language, and Foreign Languages.
Within the framework of the week, public lectures, presentations, and various creative and educational activities were conducted. These events aimed to raise environmental awareness among students and to enhance their understanding of the importance of the Black Sea ecosystem.
The week-long program was attended by 11th- and 12th-grade students of the school.
