On 26 November 2025, representatives of the Batumi Municipal Division of the National Agency for Military Conscription and Recruitment visited the Makhinjauri Maritime School. They held an informational session for the students and vocational trainees.
During the meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Abesalom Kartsivadze presented the amendments introduced to the Defence Code, as well as the new conditions and opportunities available within the conscription process.
The students and vocational trainees received relevant and practical information, and at the end of the session they were given the opportunity to ask questions of interest.
