As part of the Mother Language Day commemorative week, a symbolic off-site event was held on April 14.

Students of Makhinjauri Maritime School paid tribute to the guardians of the Georgian language by visiting the monuments of Ilia Chavchavadze and the Mother Language Monument, honoring the memory of those who defended and preserved the nation's linguistic heritage.

The event aimed to strengthen students' national identity and deepen their understanding of the significance of historical milestones in the context of modern society.
